On February 14, 2021, Ms. Mitra Sadeghzadeh was killed in a head-on auto accident on McKean Road in San Jose, per a CHP news release.

Ms. Mitra Sadeghzadeh was driving a 2008 Toyota, when for an unknown reason, a man driving a 2002 Chrysler crossed the double yellow lines which separated the directions of traffic. The man drove into oncoming traffic and caused a head-on collision. The Santa Clara County Medical Examiner-Coroner's Office indicates that Ms. Mitra Sadeghzadeh was 68 years old.

Both drivers passed away at the accident scene. Ms. Sadeghzadeh was a resident of Milpitas, California.

The CHP asks that anyone who either witnessed the crash or has information for investigators contact the CHP de Hollister-Gilroy at (408) 848-2324.
