Criminal, civil and workers compensation. Represented 9-person family: husband, adult children and grandchildren. Obtained criminal restitution order. Fought for and achieved settlements in civil wrongful death and workers' compensation death benefits cases. All family members received civil settlements, and the kids receive monthly payments until they reach age of 18 years old. 

U.S. District Court 5 co-defendant federal case. Conspiracy charge dismissed. Pled guilty to possession charge. No prison. 4 years probation, 1 year ankle bracelet, fees and restitution. My client was the only sentenced defendant who did not go to federal prison - I got him the ankle bracelet instead.

Client refused blood and breath tests. I won his DMV refusal case. He kept his drivers license. This saved him from a one year solid license suspension which would have allowed no driving allowed at all. 

Policy limits settlement for wrongful death case. 18-year-old bicyclist was killed by newly licensed driver.

DUI dismissed, client got drunk in public charge only. Client had admitted to the police that he drove drunk.

Got criminal exception granted for home healthcare aide client; "cleaned" her criminal record and then fought for her work license. She recovered her home healthcare license and got her job back. She then filled out her application to renew her work license, without me, but made serious mistakes. She lost her work license again. She hired me again, I fought for her and she got her job back. 

Policy limits settlement and out of pocket payment for 18-year-old bicyclist killed by motorist with no assets. The boy was crossing the street at night while riding his bicycle - which is against the law.

A contruction worker fell off roof at work. The boss had insufficient safety equipment on the job. I represented the deceased's pregnant longtime girlfriend, and their little girl. Death benefits were won for the girlfriend, and both children. The children will receive benefits until the last born child reaches the age of 18. Employer had no workers compensation insurance. 

A doctor punctured my client's intestines during a liposuction gone wrong. The doctor denied all liability. A medical malpractice settlement of maximum allowed in California for general damages was obtained: $250,000.

For one client, "expunged" 16 criminal cases all at once. Reduced two misdemeanors to infractions. These results include cases where the client had violated probation.

Achieved settlement with apartment owner who denied all liability for a sexual battery commited by their employee against my client, who was the tenant at the apartment complex. The employee had no prior history of sexual offenses, and he claimed the sexual contact was completely consensual.

Persistently fought my client's DUI criminal case. I got it dismissed after winning a long fight at the DMV. My client walked free and kept her drivers license. 

Unlicensed and uninsured 19-year-old drunk client hit and ran twice in one day. He had two separate car accidents, both while he was speeding on the freeway. I resolved his case for one charge of "wet reckless" only and got rid of all his DUI charges.
